The TrainHer website was originally developed by the client using a drag and drop website builder provider, and with the rebranding the business underwent in 2025 it become evident a new website was needed, with more depth, more functionalities, and more importantly that actually converts traffic into appointments.
Starting from value proposition all the way through the last blog article, every page was curated to best represent the brand values and establish its identity online.
Following initial consultation we started selecting a WordPress template that would suit the client needs. The key element of the website is the blog, that attracts traffic interest in fitness content and TrainHer offering, so an SEO-optimised template was non-negotiable.
Previous Website:
Squarespace
Goal:
More appointments
All the pages were built with intent and purpose, no faff! The Site Map was the first step, very useful to immediately visualise the size and requirements of the website sections that were built, Additionally, through well crafted newly value proposition statements, it was easy to identify the right tone of voice and start building the website block by block, paragraph by paragraph. Fortunately the client had extensive media asset (both images and video) that was organically embedded to show the expertise and specialisation of the business.
Criteria 1:
Automated & secure
Criteria 2:
High-performing
The main focus during the build was SEO, each page needed to perform well on search engines and load fast. The website needed to be optimised for crawlers and bots (the good ones) and create a new blog with content optimised for traffic and conversion.
The copy of the site was driven by Keyword Research which provided a list of keywords organically embedded in the copy to drive traffic to the site, not in the short -term but in the long-term.
New:
Blog/Journal
Topics:
Fitness, Yoga, Wellbeing
The website was launched and the client was greatly satisfied with the solution provided. Not just a brochure website, static and non-functional, as previously was; the new website is something the business is proud of and confidently know it is working towards the business and the brand.
